I get lots of emails asking me to insert ads for spurious junk into this blog, but I don't believe in it. If you enjoy this blog and would like to 'pay' something then you could buy one of my books, review it on Amazon, or buy me a book from my Amazon wish list. To those who have done this, I am very grateful. Thanks.

Yes, very good. However, it would have been improved with the use of bolder colours, more detail in the background, clearer handwriting for the speech balloons…
Oh god, this isn’t me (with bun and glasses disguise) is it?
OMG!!! I lived that exact moment for waaay too many years freelancing as pre-press production slave. I love how you have the designer go from casually stopping-by to sitting next to you, then leaning into your space and moving you aside. That is so dead-on it isn’t funny.
Please, I want to buy that page and hang it over my drawing table to remind me to never EVER go back! How much? I’m serious.
I’ll be back daily. Thanks for making my day.
yes, yes! a thousand times, yes!
Yeah, i totally hate this.
I got this on nearly every project in my freelancer time.
“Put it a little bit more down, more, more, juuuust a little bit more,…….hmmmm I think I liked it better like it was at first”
These moments, make me thank god, that I haven’t got a Gun in my drawer…
Spot on, buddy.
This is perfect. How much for a copy I can pin up on my wall?
Seriously, I love it.
Found you through the Drawn! blog. Lovley stuff indeed. I like the way your style has developed into what it is now over the past year. Best wishes to you, John.
Spot on Mr Smith!!
