Sorry for the lack of diary entries here recently. Been very busy organising lots of things all at once, which is a challenge for me.

In the meantime, here’s the first spread of Hundred Decker Bus, for something to look at. Notice the red double-decker bus! Macmillan deserve much thanks for letting that appear in a picture book in this homogenised world.

Book in Advance

Just the other day the postman delivered advance copies of my children’s book, due to be published in May by Macmillan. Forgive me if I plug it a bit here as it’s very exciting and has been years in the making.

In the next few weeks I’ll post some pictures from the book to get everybody whipped up into a frenzy of excitement.

I’ve just designed this cover for a novel written by my brother. It’s a comedy about ‘football’s last taboo’ — a gay player who comes out — and quite timely given recent news.
