I get lots of emails asking me to insert ads for spurious junk into this blog, but I don't believe in it. If you enjoy this blog and would like to 'pay' something then you could buy one of my books, review it on Amazon, or buy me a book from my Amazon wish list. To those who have done this, I am very grateful. Thanks.

Oh, this is just *so good*. I really am in awe of your knack of writing and drawing such effective, thoughtful strips.
Do not worry Mike, the Godfather if invited will be on hand to explain all the science or laugh at your explainations. Ha, ha, ha. Failing that there will be Mum and Grandad.
Thanks very much Pete!
Cookie, you’d be very welcome. Especially when we get to the section on rubber technology.
My husband is in London for the next few days. I can just picture him visiting the museums and wishing he could bring his grandchildren to see all the wonders he is seeing!
