    You’ve almost reduced yourself and C. to nothing in the PIKEY frame – whilst still being ‘you’ – but I guess that happens over time with multiple blogshanks.
    Assuming you own the boat and like living on it – stick your money in the bank err no pension fund err no ISAs ISAs err oh I dunno….go to Vegas and stick it all on BLACK.
    Saw a similar house on RIGHTMOVE a while back in ‘Druth. Grey pebbledash. Named – really – ‘Vista Del Mar’. Fantastic.
